Fountain View is a Los Angeles City rent-controlled building, giving tenants the security that rent increases are restricted and interest is paid on their security deposits. The landlord pays for water and trash collection and the tenant pays for all other utilities.

$50 Uncovered (outside gates)
$60 Covered with doors (in alley)
$80 Uncovered (inside gates)
$100 Covered (inside gates, includes storage)

Monthly rental rates vary by unit-type, location, and parking option. Upon credit approval, additional costs include a one-time security deposit (generally 1 month’s rent with good credit). Locked bike storage is available for $5 per month.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with a $500 security deposit. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and large dogs are not permitted.
